Robert Scott Hunyady

Robert Scott Hunyady, 47, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 13, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born November 6, 1978, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Robert W. Hunyady and Dorothy Leasure Cessna.

Robert enjoyed anything that had to do with Star Wars, playing magic cards with his brothers and nephews and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Robert is survived by his mother, Dorothy (Gary) Cessna of Howland, his father, Robert W. Hunyady of Niles, three brothers, Daniel A. Hunyady of Howland, David (Christine) Rudy Jr. of Niles, Christopher (Meagan) Hunyady of Niles, four sisters, Brandy (Dustin) Cumberland of Niles, Christina Rudy ((Ryan) Smith of Niles, Krystal (Matthew) Hunyady,  Rebecca Hunyady of Niles three nieces and six nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Scott Hunyady.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 19, at 6 p.m. at the Holloway-Williams Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 611 Robbins Ave., Niles, Ohio. 330-652-2422.
